WomenHealth: Ridiculous 12 Signs Of Breast Cancer (Women)

If you’re an adult woman, chances are at some point a doctor has explained how to do a breast self-exam. They show you how to use your hands to press down on your breasts and feel for a lump. And then the conversation ends. But there’s so much more to know!

For starters, a cancerous lump feels like a lemon seed—it’s hard, and will rarely budge when you push up against it. Plus, lumps aren’t the only sign of breast cancer. This handy graphic that’s gone viral on Facebook shows 12 things every woman should be on the lookout for. (You can ignore the fact that lemons have been superimposed on an egg carton—we know it doesn’t make any sense!) The important part here is the takeaway: If you see an indentation, growing veins, or one of the 10 other potential signs of breast cancer, it’s worth consulting a doctor.

Apple’s first AirPods ad reminds me of the iPod ads (See Videos)

Ever since the iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch took the spotlight, most of Apple ads have been focused on those devices. So it’s always nice to see the company try new things for less important devices, such as the AirPods.
With today’s new ad, Apple is going back in time to the good old days of the iPod. I can’t exactly put my finger on it, but I instantly thought about the iconic iPod ads. It’s probably the fact that this ad is all about seeing someone dancing like there’s no tomorrow with noticeable white earbuds.
The iPod was arguably the first mainstream device from Apple after Steve Jobs’ comeback. At the time, it was something new and insanely cool — something that was quite unusual for consumer electronics devices at the time.
The iPod hasn’t been updated for a few years now, but I always look back at the original iPod ads that started in 2004. The silhouette ads ran for a few years and were some of the most iconic Apple ads ever made. If you can remember an ad ten years after it aired, it means that they did something right.
Things have changed quite a lot. With the new AirPods ad, Apple has traded the colorful backgrounds for a black-and-white urban landscape — Mexico City. Freestyle dancer Lil' Buck is the only one dancing in the song, and it’s a bit more sophisticated than your average iPod ad.
For instance, Apple found a way to show you many, many AirPods features without telling you anything. It shows that pairing your AirPods is as easy as opening the carrying case. It shows that you can dance and they won’t fall out of your ears — in my experience, this is only true if the regular EarPods work well with your ears, your mileage may vary. It shows that you can remove an AirPod and the music will automatically pause.
More importantly, it shows that you can finally move around without thinking about it. There’s no wire, so if you want to wave your arms like a mad person, you can.
This is by far my favorite feature of the AirPods and it’s quite hard to describe if you don’t experience it yourself. The ad visually shows you that the AirPods give you a sense of freedom as the dancer starts dancing on the walls of the buildings.

FGN ISSUES ANOTHER CAUTION ON MMM

SEC issues fresh warning over MMM

The Securities and Exchange Commission has once again warned Nigerians against patronising the Ponzi scheme, MMM stating that its activities were not regulated by the commission or the Central Bank of Nigeria.

This is coming after the Nigeria Police Force said it does not have any directive from the government to arrest operators or participants of the MMM.

It also explained that it would not go after operators or participants in the scheme because no one had complained about being swindled by the programme.

The police stated this on Saturday just as the Securities and Exchange Commission warned Nigerians
against patronising the scheme.

The MMM scheme, which was suspended by its operators in December last year, commenced operations on Friday and directed its members to provide ‘help and get help,’ urging them to make use of the cryptocurrency, bitcoin, for their transactions.

The Force Public Relations Officer, Donald Awunah, a Commissioner of Police, told Sunday PUNCH on Saturday that the police had no plans to go after the operators of the scheme, stressing that there were no complaints against them.

“We are not going after the operators because there is no complaint from anyone that he was swindled by them. No one has complained against them, so we have no reason to go after them. Also, there is no directive from the government to arrest the operators or shut them down,” he explained.

The Corporate Communications Manager, SEC, Naif Abdulsalam, when asked if the commission had made any formal complaint to the security agencies on the activities of the promoters of the scheme, said he would not be able to comment on that.

“I won’t be able to speak on that now,” he said and declined further comment.

He, however, warned Nigerians against patronising the Ponzi scheme, stating that its activities were not regulated by the commission or the Central Bank of Nigeria, Punch reports.

Abdusalam told one of our correspondents during a telephone interview that the commission would continue to enlighten capital market investors.

President Buhari Speaks To Troops In Sambisa Forest

As part of activities marking the 2016 Armed Forces Remembrance Day, President Buhari took out time to speak to troops in Sambisa forest. He praised and thanked them for the wonderful sacrifice they are making for our nation.

MMM NIGERIA IS BACK AND FULLY FUNCTIONING

A month ago, when some of the media used MMM to gain cheap popularity with their provocative and worthless articles. They created panic and made some participants taught that MMM NG has collapsed.

Don't get me wrong with my introduction. Truly, I'm a member of MMM Nigeria, but I don't have much money there due to their low interest and since I have others that are paying better. Besides, we need to care about other people that invested a huge amount of money there.

It was stated clearly on the MMM official website that the suspension of work was due to the holidays and resumption date has been given, then why create a scandal?

Finally, MMM Nigeria which was suspended on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 last year was re-opened. I doff my hat for the Sir Sergey Mavrodi (The CEO of MMM), he is a man of his word.

It was scheduled to return on January 14, 2017, but returned at about 11am on January 13, 2017 (Today).  In a statement announcing its return, MMM said it was setting a limit on daily withdrawals, in order to control panic withdrawals. Read the full detail here.

I requested to Get Help of N160,000 today on MMM Nigeria, those that have money there, MMM Nigeria is back, resumes its usual operation. You can now create your GH-requests.

MMM United are on maintenance. Though, they paused their system without notice, Since the MMM Nigeria is back, there is hope that MMM United will soon be back too.

MMM Japan is the best for now, I'm coming up soon with another review onMMM Japan.

Welcome Back MMM Nigeria, Together We Can Change The World! :-))

Cristiano Ronaldo Wins FIFA's Best Men's Player For 2016

Cristiano Ronaldo said winning FIFA's Best Men's Player for 2016 "shows that people aren't blind" after beating Lionel Messi and Antoine Griezmann to claim the prize in Zurich on Monday.

Ronaldo, who picked up his fourth Ballon d'Or in December, also landed the first separate FIFA prize since world football's governing body and France Football announced in September that they would be presenting two separate awards.
United States star Carli Lloyd was named Best Women's Player, the second straight year she has received FIFA's top honour.
The Best FIFA awards were voted for by the national team captain, manager, and a journalist, and fans registered on FIFA.com from each of 211 nations -- each group holding 25 percent of electoral weight -- for a player's performances from Nov. 20, 2015 to Nov. 22, 2016.
Ronaldo earned 34.54 percent of total votes while Messi finished second with 26.42 percent and Griezmann was third at 7.53 percent.
"I'd like to thank my team, national team, Real Madrid, my trainer, my family that came here, my son, my brothers," Ronaldo said in accepting the award. "2016 was the best year of my career, the trophy shows that people aren't blind and watch the games.
"With everything I won with my national team and club, with great individual performance, I can't forget this incredible year. Thanks for voting for me.
"I don't have much more to say, I think the awards speak for themselves. I'm not going to do the scream, just the motion."
Five-time Ballon d'Or winner Messi shone as Barca won the 2015-16 La Liga title, but the Argentina international was upstaged this year by Ronaldo, who won both the UEFA Champions League with Real Madrid and Euro 2016 with Portugal in a stunning year.
Ronaldo scored 61 goals and registered 20 assists in 60 games for club and country during voting period (48 goals in 47 games for Real Madrid; 13 in 13 games for Portugal), while Messi netted 59 goals, 34 assists in 64 games (51 goals in 53 games for Barcelona; eight in 11 games for Argentina) and lost in the Copa America final to Chile.
"It's not a case of what's left to win, it's about carrying on, feeling motivated to continue and train every day, to sacrifice and deal with bad moments, this is football," Ronaldo told reporters after the ceremony.

"Yes, I think that's the most difficult, to get to the top is difficult, but to stay there for several years is even more difficult."
France striker Griezmann finished as Euro 2016 top scorer, and for club and country scored 41 goals and bagged 13 assists in 69 games (33 goals in 54 games for Atletico Madrid; eight in 15 games for France).
Messi did not attend the ceremony as expected after Barcelona announced earlier in the day that all their players would not travel ahead of their game Wednesday in the Copa del Rey, a move that drew widespread criticism from those in Zurich.
Ronaldo, however, was more diplomatic, saying: "I understand, he has an important game on Wednesday."
First awarded in 1991, the FIFA Best Player award (then known as FIFA World Player of the Year) was merged with France Football's Ballon d'Or from 2010 through 2015 -- to become the FIFA Ballon d'Or -- but France Football magazine announced new rule changes for its award last year and ended its six-year association with FIFA.
Before the partnership with FIFA, the Ballon d'Or was given to the top European player from 1956 from 1994. And between 1995 and 2009, it was awarded to the best player from any continent playing at a European club.
Since 2008, only Messi (one Ballon d'Or in 2009; four FIFA Ballon d'Ors in 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2015) and Ronaldo (two Ballon d'Ors in 2008 and 2016; two FIFA Ballon d'Ors in 2013 and 2014) have been awarded either top prize. Orlando City's Kaka, in 2007, was the last to pick it up outside the duo after guiding AC Milan to the Champions League that year.
Asked what the future held for him, Ronaldo said: "I still have motivation, I want to continue like this for a number of years, you never know what tomorrow brings, but at the moment I still feel motivated, I have strength to try and win more trophies for my club and more individual awards, which is more difficult with age, but I feel well.
"We have to think that everything is possible in football, but my feeling is that in the next few years, either with me or without me, the team will have this winning mentality, to try and win European championships and World Cups. It's very difficult but I think it's possible."
Also on Monday, Ronaldo and Messi were both named to the FIFPro World11 team, but Griezmann was left out as nine of the spots went to players from Real Madrid and Barcelona.

Ronaldo said: "It's no accident that I was included in the best team of the world, this says everything about my sacrifice and fighting spirit."
Leicester City's Claudio Ranieri won the Best FIFA Men's Coach of the Year award, beating Portugal's Fernando Santos and Real Madrid's Zinedine Zidane on the shortlist, while Germany's Silvia Neid received the women's honour.
Mohd Faiz Subri won the Puskas Award for the best goal of the year with nearly 60 percent of the vote, for his free kick in the Malaysian Super League.
Colombia's Atletico Nacional were awarded the FIFA Fair Play award for asking the Copa Sudamericana be awarded to their opponents Chapecoense following the club's air tragedy.
The First FIFA fan award was chosen by fans and was made to supporters of Liverpool and Borussia Dortmund, who joined in singing "You'll Never Walk Alone" before a Europa League quarterfinal.

Buhari Orders Actions On Southern Kaduna Violence

President Muhammadu Buhari has ordered that decisive measures be taken to stop  the recurring violence in the Southern Kaduna State.
Inspector-General of Police Ibrahim Idris was in the state  on Saturday  and Sunday to assess the situation .
In addition to the conventional policemen deployed in the area, a statement by the Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, Garba Shehu, said a squadron of mobile policemen had also been stationed there.
