Photos: Yoruba-Nupe Clash In Kwara State

There are reports that Yorubas and Nupes are in a serious battle in Ifelodun local government area of Kwara state.

Reports say the fracas between both communities dates back to the late 90s, but this recent issue started after a disagreement over the felling of trees at the UMCA school on Share land.

The attack by the people of Tsaragi, a Nupe speaking town in Share, was perpetrated with the use of machetes, rods and guns.
