WHO IS ELIGIBLE TO APPLY?
Eligibility is open to every Nigerian who meets the following criteria:
A. Must not be more than 39 years old
B. Must provide an evidence that he/she had sat for SSCE (WAEC/NECO)

REGISTRATION
Online registration starts from first week of February, 2016
and closes on 28th March 2016.
