NNPC: Did you(Nigerians) buy fuel at N87 per litre?

Following the lingering Fuel scarcity, NNPC is asking Nigerians if they bought Fuel above the stipulated price, N87 and how long they stayed on the queue to buy fuel. I hear the crisis is reducing gradually in Lagos.
